ZERO TOLERANCE DISCLOSURE -

Elite Hockey Leagues operates on a strict Zero Tolerance Policy in regards to conduct and behaviors of all its participants. This is to ensure a safe and fun environment for all its participants. Elite Hockey reserves the right to not allow participation in its leagues, clinics, tournaments or events,at any time for any reason. Any player who conducts him or herself, in a manner in which is deemed unacceptable by the league, will be removed from all participation immediately.  Any participant who engages in any type of slander, detrimental comments, opinions or negative writings in regards to Elite Hockey, on social media or elsewhere, will also be removed from all participation. In the event, a player becomes belligerent with an official, staff member or other player, that player shall be removed from play immediately. Elite hockey does NOT OFFER any refunds!  Elite Hockey reserves the right to institute a fine and suspension, to any player who is ejected from a game, or engages in unnacceptable behavior while on premises or on social media. Suspension will not start (player will be removed from all participation upon incident) until the fine/fines are paid in full. Elite Hockey mandates a 24 HOUR COOL DOWN rule in which any participant who has an issue of any kind, will wait 24 hours from incident, before contacting the League owner to discuss respectfully. All issues being discussed will not take place at the rink / facility.

   By signing this below, (checking the box) will act as your signature and agreement that you have read this disclosure in its entirety and that you fully understand these policies and will abide by them while participating in the league, on social media, or on facility premises.

Suspensions/Fines:

Any player who receives a suspension will also receive a fine. Fines must be paid in full before the suspension begins (which means suspended player is not allowed on the premises until fine is paid and the suspension is served in its entirety)

Elite will document all communication as well as meet each matter with a swift and immediate response. All matters will be presented to Elite Hockey and NOT to the Hab Management, its staff, or its owners unless it is a facility related concern (floor conditions, air conditions, facility concerns, etc....

Officiating: Teams pay for the game to be officiated. Teams do not pay for any specific amount of officials, yet they pay to have the game officiated, fairly, respectfully, and honestly. Elite has asked scheduled officials to fill in as players, and goaltenders, to assist teams so that forfeits do not happen and to ensure the quality of a good game. Keep in mind that an official who plays gives up his earnings and along with this,  the lone official then absorbs double duty/responsibilities. It is the intention of ELITE to have two officials and a timekeeper for each game except for when an official is participating, or other reason presents itself. Our officials are not perfect,  but they are required to be as fair as possible, respectful to the players,  and to care about his performance.
